On the afternoon of March 15, 2023, Intracom University officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Guilin University of Electronic Technology (GUET), China. This Memorandum of Understanding lays a solid foundation for long-term cooperation between the two universities.
Founded in 1960, Guilin University of Electronic Technology (GUET) is a key public university in Guangxi Province, China. GUET is a multidisciplinary institution with a strong focus on engineering, information technology, and electronic technologies.
The Memorandum of Understanding outlines key areas of cooperation, including:
- Academic exchange: Exchange of faculty members and students; sharing of scientific research information and teaching materials.
- Program development: Joint development of international academic programs and courses.
- Event organization: Co-organization of joint seminars and international conferences.
- Short-term programs: Organization of summer camps, study tours, internships, and practical training programs.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, representatives of both universities affirmed that this cooperation would bring about many valuable opportunities -not only in research and education, but also in fostering mutual understanding and strengthening the friendship between Vietnam and China.
