Currently, the demand for recruiting doctors, pharmacists, nurses, medical technicians, etc. is always very high, not only in public hospitals but also in the private health system, clinics, pharmaceutical – medical equipment enterprises and health care centers at home and abroad. This makes the Medicine and Pharmacy industry one of the most stable, essential and career-rich fields today.

The ratio of doctors per 10,000 people is only about 12 – 13 doctors, much lower than the World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation of 23 doctors/10,000 people. Not only doctors, but also nurses, technicians and pharmacists are in significant shortage; many large hospitals are only operating with 70 – 80% of the required staff.
