Admission Requirements

• Academic Qualifications:

1. Applicants must have graduated or be eligible for graduation from a bachelor’s degree program (or equivalent or higher) in a field relevant to the applied master’s program.
2. Degrees issued by foreign educational institutions must comply with current Vietnamese regulations for recognition.

Note: Regulations regarding relevant undergraduate majors apply.

• Foreign Language Proficiency:

Applicants must demonstrate foreign language proficiency at Level 3 or higher under Vietnam’s Six-Level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework, evidenced by one of the following:

1. A bachelor’s degree or higher in a foreign language, or a degree program in which at least 75% of credits were taught in a foreign language;
2. A bachelor’s degree or higher awarded by Intracom University within the past two years, meeting foreign language learning outcomes equivalent to Level 3 or higher;
3. A valid foreign language certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training, equivalent to Level 3 or higher;
4. Applicants without a valid certificate must take and pass an English proficiency assessment administered by Intracom University.
5. Foreign applicants enrolling in Vietnamese-taught master’s programs must demonstrate Vietnamese proficiency at Level 4 or higher, or have graduated from a Vietnamese-taught undergraduate program.

• Bridging Courses:

Applicants whose undergraduate majors require additional background knowledge must complete designated bridging courses prior to admission. Tuition for these courses follows the undergraduate tuition rate.

• Personal Background:

Applicants must have a clear personal background, not be under disciplinary action, and not be serving a criminal sentence, as certified by their employer or local authorities.

• Health Requirements:

Applicants must be in sufficient health to pursue academic study. Candidates with disabilities will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with program requirements and health conditions.

–  Curriculum vitae certified by employer or local authority;

–  Certified copy of ID card/Citizen ID;

–  Medical examination certificate (issued within the last 6 months);

–  Certified copy of foreign language certificate (if available);

–  Two stamped envelopes with applicant’s address;

–  Certificate of degree equivalency for foreign-issued degrees (if applicable);

–  Two 3×4 cm color photos (taken within the last 6 months);

–  Certificate of completion of bridging courses (if applicable);

–  Employment or appointment documents (if required).
